Drop in sales
I have been selling quite well on Ebay for years, but recently after returning from holiday no one seems to be buying. Has anyone else had this problem?

Mentor3 months agoI have no idea if visibility is restricted if you are incorrectly registered, though I know eBay are watching out for these accounts.
A Private account the one you are using is for selling used unwanted items, such as a wardrobe, attic, garage clear out.
You are selling Brand new items and some in quantities of 10 so you should be registered as a Business. It's easy to change so you are correctly registered and perhaps gain higher visibility.
Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.
Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
