draft went live ? need to delete everything
I'm 75 and a first time seller. Not Tech savvy and have dyslexia. I made a draft but it ended as Live. Now I have complaints from a buyer. How can I cancel and delete the whole affair. I no longer want to be a seller.

They were purchased a few days ago. I'm presuming the buyer( s), have paid and awaiting their items ?
You say you do not wish to sell anymore, so refunding the buyers by cancelling the orders citing out of stock, will refund them, gain you 2 strikes on your account, which may well cancel your selling account anyway.

OP1 week agoYes. I don't know how it was listed twice. I was trying to navigate for the first time to sell. It was in draft stage but suddenly got listed Live !!!

Mentor1 week agoThe two rolls of bubble wrap sold.
Once in draft it needs a click to get it to go live, you must have done this accidentally.
Follow my instructions above how to cancel, and refund those buyer(s).

Mentor1 week agoYou can't just delete it, what you do depends on how far the sale got and how the buyer has complained.

OP1 week agoIt was my first attempt to sell something. It was in draft stage and then went live ???
I wasn't ready for that and draft was not finished. (PS I'm 75 and not Tech savvy)
