Dpd would not hand over my purchase as I had no PIN number?? I have never been given one, anyone know how I get this, thanks

Mentor2 weeks agoLook to your order details, emails even Spam and eBay messages see if it's there.
If not contact Customer Services explain what's happened and what's needed here.
It's not easy to contact an agent at CS, but go to Help & Contact top left of your eBay homepage, and keep typing in... speak to an agent , it can take quite a few attempts!
Best times are around 8 a.m. on weekdays when there's more chance of Dublin answering.
