download of shipping QR codes stopped working
is it my ipad, or is this a ‘general’ problem ?
been OK for ‘months’, but now can’t download QR codes to ship items.
advice appreciated

OPJul 19, 2026 at 11:57 AMusing seller hub, get them into my email, thus can see/use them and but can no longer simply download just QR code - seems odd, like someone has bedn messing with software to prevent this !

MentorJul 19, 2026 at 11:28 AMHas the label been generated via your seller hub. There should be a heading with something like ‘get label’. This then gets sent to your personal email to print label and or have access to your qr code.
