Dood delivered to buyer but didn’t use eBay postage as it was wrong and I couldn’t change
I’ve sold an item through eBay. The postage was too low so I paid for another courier. Buyer has item and has left feedback as no delivered option. How do I contact eBay to tell them that the item has been delivered so I can get money?

Mentor1 month agoIf you didn't use the label provided your payment may be held for 14 days, there isn't a way to get it released any sooner.

OP1 month agoThank you. So it won’t get refunded back to the buyer? They left feedback so this may act as item delivered

Mentor1 month agoIt won't get refunded back unless the buyer opens an eBay item not received claim, in which case you'd add your tracking number showing delivery. eBay don't consider feedback to be confirmation, only the tracking number on the supplied postage label.

OP1 month agoSo after 14 days they’ll ask me why I didn’t send? It’s annoying you can’t contact them directly
