But this transaction dont let me send it to jersey channel islands

Its a gift for my sister

Have contact the seller but they cant change it

You need to contact the seller direct to cancel the transaction. For future reference you can change deilvery address but has to be done before you buy. You can do that on here:

https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

There is also a problem with Jersey if the seller uses Evri because they charge more, whereas Royal Mail charge the same as UK. So that can create issues too.
