Does anyone know why I haven't been receiving emails
I'm very frustrated because for the last week or so I haven't received any emails at all from eBay to let me know a purchase is confirmed or in the most awkward case, to let me know an item has arrived in my chosen store and I can't collect it without the email. They're not in my junk mail either. Help!

OP10 months agoThank you for your help. I have unfortunately already checked all the communication preferences and they looked as they should so it must be a glitch!
