Does anyone else have a greyed out withdraw button?

when I try to withdraw my money I for some reason can't. I have all the correct banking information but it still isn't working after the 48 hour authentication period. please help!

You may have added and had your banking details verified, but you are a new seller, so your initial payouts will be held for longer, sometimes up to 30 days.

eBay wish to see items delivered safely, and that no cases for refunds are opened.

Once you prove you are a good eBayer this is how payouts are made available, eBay's announcement last year:

From 6 August 2025, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years
Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months
