Dodgy seller
I purchased a vacume oil extractor offered with a 1 year warranty, it's stopped working after its second use, the seller does not answer emails and has a false phone number on the account. How should I resolve this?

OP3 weeks agoWould they not put a freeze on the acount due to false contact information and false advertising?

Mentor3 weeks agoNo they won't do that. They only act on money back guarantee cases.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf it's more than 30 days from delivery ebay will not help. You are on your own with the seller, which looks like a dead end.
