Do I need a credit card to sell on eBay?

So,
I recently posted my first item for sale and eBay said that my payout is suspended until I register my credit card with them.

I do not have a credit card.

Now what?

You shouldn't need a credit card to sell. Try registering your debit card. If it won't accept that it could be because the bank you're using is not a standard bank. If that's the case you might open a new account with another one.
