Do buyers select option when multiple 'Other Postage Services' has been selected by the seller? | Member To Member Support

I am using the Global Shipping Programme and have also selected 'Other Postage Services'. Do the buyers have the option of selecting which of the 'Other Postage Services' I have selected? Also am I allowed to select both 'Global Shipping' and 'Other Postage Services'? Thanks for any help. Chris (Sales4Value)
