Dispute with seller
Who should bear the cost of disassembling and packing a large item which is being returned as faulty? The seller has offered a full refund but insists that payment for all the above should be met by me, the buyer. The cost of which is very nearly as much as the item cost. I have disputed this, but the seller just keeps sending me a copy of their return policy.
I would be very pleased to hear what the members think about this issue.
