Dispute - missing 5 Charm Packs
How long does it take for ebay to resolve a dispute - ordered 6 charm packs received 1 therefore 5 outstanding.
Total value owed to me by seller £76.35
Totally sick of the lack of contact from Ebay and seller.

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay only deal with cases, if they were one purchase then you need to open s not as described case, if 6 individual purchases then you need 5 not received cases.
You refer to dispute, if that means you just messaged ebay they will not get involved, it has to be a case and the correct case or cases.

Mentor2 weeks agoFirst was this one purchase or 6 separate purchases? Have you opened any cases yet? You have to be careful which case you open here.
If these were separate purchases, you need to open a case for each missing item, and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
If this was one purchase ,and only one item received, proceed this way:
Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select Return this item. Select the reason Item Not as Described >> Does Not Match Description or Photos. The seller needs to either refund you in 3 days, or issue a pre paid return label for the return of their item. Once the item is received, they have 48 hours to refund you.
If this doesn't happen, you need to escalate to eBay, eBay step in and force the refund.
Listen to no excuses or promises from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.
