Dispute item size but correct

Question

I have sold an item and the buyer has received it. They are saying I have sent the wrong size but I haven't and it is correctly labelled with the right size but Ebay help says if a buyer says an item is not as described the seller has got to refund it. There is nothing wrong with the item I sent, it was the correct size! Why should i have to pay return postage and give a refund for an item there is nothing wrong with.

Ebay never see the item but believe buyers.Issue returns label and refund in full on return. You can try to appeal after refund, but don't expect to win.
