dispatched order

Hi,

I have fulfiled an order on my ebay store and the customer has received her item,but I still got a message from ebay to dispatch the order (that the dispatch day)has elapsed. I did not use the prepaid label .What should I do to show the order has been dispatched please?

You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).

You choose postage and get paid quicker.

It's not 'feedback' it's advice that means you start your trading career on ebay adhering to trading laws and ebay policies.
