I dispatched the item to the buyer on time; the buyer received it a long time ago and left positive feedback. But I’m still showing this status: ‘Dispatch overdue
Use your prepaid label that’s tracked and fully protected by eBay.’ How can I change it?

MentorJul 11, 2026 at 7:23 PMIf you click on Get Label > Print Label for the item on your orders list, it will mark the item as dispatched. The label will remain unused and the cost will be refunded to the buyer, asssuming they paid for it.
