Disparity between original listing postage costs and simple delivery
Hi I have just sold an item listed a year ago, long before 'simple delivery'. My postage cost on the listing was £7.50 reflecting the fact that it would require posting via Royal Mail medium parcel tracked service.
When I went to print my label ahead of sending the item, Simple delivery had rated it as a small royal mail parcel which is far too small and rated as £2.88 + VAT. I'm going to lose out big style. How come ?
