Ebay lies when saying will guarantee agreed Refund on return of Goods! And disconnect you when you criticise them mid procedure!

Mentor1 month ago · EditedIt's pretty impossible for a buyer to not get a refund for a returned item under eBay's Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection providing it's still within 30 days of delivery.
Do you know the reason why you didn't get your refund?

OP1 month agoI can only assume, l hope incorrectly, that they favour the Seller who maybe has more investment with Ebay with selling, although l have been a Customer for several years and enjoyed the security of purchasing on Ebay. I have been pressed to often to sell something but have steadfastly ignored and yes a bit of a nuisance.

OP1 month agoI'm going yo hand write a letter of Complaint as directed, old fashioned way, perhaps easier to process for Ebay, they must be inundated!
