Hi, What are my options if an item I bought in August did not arrive? I bought a blouse for £50 and went abroad just before it was due to arrive - I was told that a parcel had arrived so I assumed it was my blouse. When I returned a couple of weeks ago I discovered that it wasn't it. I wrote to the seller and they replied and said that they would look into it. I paid extra for special delivery so it would arrive before I left. They have not replied since, even although I have sent more messages. This seller has a LOT of reviews and many are positive but there are a number that are negative and have the same experience - item hasn't arrived, seller responds and then blanks them. I understand that I am out of the timeframe for a refund BUT I want ebay to be aware that this seller is not working honestly and report the case. I have found it impossible to communicate this through the contact us/ speak to agent options. Thanks
