Discount not applied at checkout
I ordered 3 items from a seller and they were offering buy 2, get 1 free - add 3 to basket and discount will be applied at checkout. It wasn't. I have contacted seller who told me the discount would be applied at checkout. I went back and told them it wasn't. They have told me to contact Ebay!? I have no idea how to as have spent the last half hour going round in circles trying to find ebay customer service email or messenger or something!
