Digita smart watch faulty after only 3 Months.
Ordered back in November of Last year, didnt arrive until end of December (was just after Christmas) only been worn about 5 times.. Has now gone Faulty.. Seller is Blanking me, will not reply to either repair, replace or refund request... where do I stand in this modern online shopping World..?

Mentor4 months agoeBay's own money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days, so there is nothing you can do through eBay.
Your best hope is probaly that your payment provider e.g. credit or debit card issuer may be able to help. Contact them asap as you must be close to or possiby already past their time limit, usually around 120 days.
Otherwise of course your only resort may be to the online small claims court procedure - assuming that the cost of the watch makes this worthwhile and the seller is registered in the UK.

Mentor4 months agoIt's too late to do anything on ebay but if it's still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
