I can't add anything onto my list and have tried all the so called help tips.

OP1 week agoI only have 10 items in my watch list at present, I've had many more in the past and not had any issues.

The limit is 1000 so it should be allowing you to add more items. Can you try clearing recent cache and cookies and try again. If still experiencing the issue can you share a screenshot of the error message you get when you try to add an item?

I have done what you advised but still no luck.
I can't send you a screenshot as I don't get an error message the items just don't go to my watch list after I've 'clicked'.

If the app can you switch to a laptop / PC and try Chrome. Try from there see if that helps.

OP1 week agoI always use a laptop and Google Chrome.
I've been shopping on ebay for years and never had any problems. I'm not into anything too technical so please be gentle with me ladies.

Can you let me know what browser you use and also if you have tried it from another one and an example item number that won't add to your watchlist when you try.

OP1 week agoHi Kat, I only use a laptop and Google Chrome. I have tried to save all types of items (as a test) to my watch list but nothing gets saved.
