Difficulties with arranging buyer to collect
I recently sold a dresser on eBay. It was listed as collection only. It was purchased buy a buyer who said they would arrange for collection. The item has been paid for but despite multiple messages to the buyer asking them to let me know when they will collect they have not replied. I need this dresser gone. How do I resolve this issue? If I simply issue a refund will I lose any money? Ideally I feel I should have some form of financial compensation from the buyer who I feel is wasting my time and causing hassle with me having to keep the dresser in my home in storage.

Mentor6 months agoIf they don't have the item you should issue a full refund. If they open a "not received" case that's what they'll get. You won't have paid any selling fees unless you used an extra such as a reserve.
