Difficult recovery for refund

I recently returned an item to a seller I have checked with fedex of it’s return and they confirmed item returned on 16/07/2026 but when I check eBay status of return it says item on the way I contacted seller who responded with its a holiday I will check and send refund by 22/07/2026 I have neither heard from or received a refund from the seller and eBay ai says check status and shows item on the way to seller but federal express confirmed it was delivered 16/07/2026 I am owed over £100 pounds what can I do?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou could contact ebay customer service and show them the tracking that says delivered.
Did you use a label provided by ebay through a returns case?
