I have delivered an item today instead of using the prepaid label. How do I make the status of delivery as ‘Delivered’?

If you personally delivered there's nothing you can do but if you open the original label that will mark the item as dispatched. You may have to wait 14 days for the payment.

If buyer paid for the unused label they will get a refund for that in 30 days. If you paid for it you cannot get a refund because you didn't use trackable postage as a replacement.
