Haven't used eBay for years and didn't realize there was an option for their postage label. Got my own Royal Mail label instead.

Can't attach my tracking info for the item posted.

The option to change tracking number has been removed. You can message your buyer with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days (or 30 days if classed as new seller).
