Didnt use buyers prepaid shipping, arranged myself
Hi, I've sold a item that the customer prepaid shipping on but had to repack in a slightly larger box so i arranged the shipping myself direct with royal mail.
The issue i have is that eBay still shows i need to print shipping label and ship item.
How can i amend eBay to show that I've shipped and insert tracking number?

Mentor1 month agoYou can't add the tracking number to the order, but you can message your buyer and let them have it and, if an eBay item not received claim were to be opened you can add it to that.
