Didn't get my ebay guarantee
Ebay should be responsible and should pay me back my money. £16.00 .
I was buying some health product for wife to help her recover from a heart attack.
Ebay the multi billion dollar company doesn't have the moral decently to refund my money.
Ebay pay me my money. I will not leave you alone until I get my money back.

Mentor1 month agoWe are not eBay. We are just users like yourself, trying to help other users with problems.
eBay does provide its own 30 day guarantee for items sold here, including items bought but not received. But unless you explain what has happened, with dates, it's difficult to suggest what you may still be able to do about it.

Using correct procedures, within the allowed time frame, could not be easier.

Mentor1 month agoeBay is a selling platform, sellers are responsible for their listings.
You need to explain what went wrong, it's pretty much impossible for a buyer to lose out buying something on eBay.
Did you receive your order?
If you did, was it not correct?
