Mentor3 weeks agoDid you open a not as described case, arrived damaged, as if you did seller pays for sending damaged item back.
Sounds as though you just ignored the 30 day money back guarantee, did it your way and blame ebay when it goes wrong.

Mentor3 weeks agowhat type of case did you open? It seems strange that eBay haven't sided with you if the item arrived damaged.
IF you sent the item back off your own back without the help of eBay under their money back guarantee then you should approach your payment provider, but I will imagine they will want evidence of delivery and you returning item etc.
