Did not send item back
So someone bought my printer and then three days later he wanted to return it claiming that is not working he drew on it and then now he wants a refund I said okay I then said why did you draw on it then he didn't respond to me and he never sent the item so I'm not sending anymore refund until he sends the item please eBay take action

Mentor11 months agoEbay will not read your request, and even if they did would do nothing.
All returns are dealt with by buyer opening a case, seller dealing with it, and only refunding after item has been received back.

Mentor11 months agoHave they opened a case for item not as described? Then, accept the case and issue a prepaid label for the return of the item. You only refund, once the item is back with you.
If they haven't opened a case wait until they do, they may not, just hoping you will issue a partial refund ? !
This of course, you're not obliged to do!
