DHL Prepaid label greyed out
I've just sold three of the same item for the second time, it has auto selected DHL for delivery, even though DHL are not an option for my listings - the first time they were, so i cancelled the order and asked the buyer to try again.
It should have only allowed Royal Mail...
When teying to 'Get postage label' the option is greyed out.
One of the 'Info' symbols suggests DHL may bring a label... but I've not been able to select a collection date or confirm the address so this seems unlikely.
At this point i suspect I'm going to have to cancel the order AGAIN and turn off simple delivery and just see IF the buyer will be willing to try a THIRD time.
Really needs lookimg into asap!
