Dhl postage
Hello.
So I've sold a kayak on here, preferred collection only. But Ebay offered a dhl option. It's now been sold, but its to big for dhl delivery. How can I change the delivery option to cancel the delivery collection and mark that the buyer is picking up in person? The only way I can see, oils to cancel the sale and relist it. Unless anyone else can help or guide me. Thanks

Mentor10 months agoIf the buyer has already selected delivery you would have to cancel/refund and relist as collection only for them to buy again.
