DHL Operational Problems
I've sold an item and am trying to send but I understand now that DHL ecommerce have huge operational problems in the UK right now.
I wish I'd known before. It's crazy ebay have them as a main carrier with little option on large items to use anything else.
My question is from any seasoned community members is if I go alone and send with another carrier due to multiple failed collections will ebay refund me for the DHL postage?
Is there anything else I can do to resolve this?
