OP10 months agoNow have a ‘70 not ready’ error message on the shipment. Destination is Scotland, looks like custom duties are in place for England!

OP10 months agoManaged to chat with a human at eBay, complaint lodged. Their ‘simple delivery’ for larger items has a high fail rate.

Mentor10 months agoFor an item to be collected the carrier (in this case DHL) will need a tracking number.
Have you actually booked DHL? If so you will have a tracking number, or ebay would have given you one on their label?

OP10 months agoIt’s done via eBay, seems a lot of sellers experience the same fail - and because eBay book them on a one day slot, no tracking number. And no option to drop the item off at a DHL collection point. It
