DHL have still not collected my buyers parcel after 2 days - what to do?
2 days ago I sold a £95 item on ebay and the courier DHL was booked through the 'simple' postage system - yeah right! DHL were supposed to collect yesterday and didn't, after I took an unpaid day off work! I phoned DHL and they say he tried to collect - her didn't I eas HOME all day!! I asked if DHL would collect today - they said they don't know, as the driver is busy and running late. Thus is just not fair on my buyer and I've now had 2 days unpaid off work. What is the point of selling on ebay, when I'm taking unpaid time off work to wait for a non-existent courier? It seems to be impossible to speak to a human at customer services on ebay!

Mentor10 months agoI would cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist for them to buy again. This time see if you can opt out of SD and choose your own - more reliable - postage. Follow the advice on here:
