DHL has not collected package

Hi all, DHL was supposed to collect a package for delivery and they did not turn up. After holding on the phone for over an hour I found they weren’t going to come and I asked them to come today at 9am as I wasn’t going to be a home now I received an email stating they are coming this afternoon. I can’t get any help from eBay.

How can ebay help, they do not control the courier, and certainly will not collect.

Find a better courier.
