DHL failed to collect, again.
DHL failed to collect 2 days in a row, the buyer lived about 20mls away so i delivered it myself. Now the sale is marked as "dispatch over due". How can I rectify this?
Service from DHL is incredibly bad, so bad I may well look for alternatives to ebay to sell my items.

Mentor7 months agoYep, DHL is failing many and eBay are aware this statement from a Community Manager in a previous weekly Wednesday chat on these forums....
You can use your own courier if you wish. DHL are experiencing higher volumes than usual and are working on this to improve the service level. A refund request for the postage can then be made.
There is no way now to mark the item as dispatched / delivered. Those notifications to dispatch will soon stop, but your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days now, before release.
