DHL eCommerce UK not collected

Help!!! .

So simple delivery said only way to send parcel because of size is DHL collection. Arranged for today and waited in. Recieved message saying will be collected between 17:45 and 19:45. Well they ain't collected. What now as I dont know how to get refund for the label and just wanna take down the post office. Thanks anyone...

They may collect tomorrow. You need to leave it for a few days.

Sorry. So how long should I just sit indoors for? That's ridiculous when
you book a collection, they send a message saying they will collect between
these times and then dont. How do I get a refund from that label and them.

DHL are having trouble coping with ebay collections and ebay have told sellers that DHL will keep trying until they do collect, they haven't said how long that might take.

I don't know how a refund can be got for the label or how it can be cancelled. Perhaps someone else does.
