DHL coming to collect a cancelled sale
Hi, I am a seller and the sale was cancelled.. yet DHL are still coming to pick the item up for delivery, what do I do? it isn't obvious where I cancel the pick up. The sale was cancelled straight away so I would think that would also apply to the DHL pick up. Thanks! Ben

Mentor10 months agoDid you actually cancel the sale yourself? Buyers can request cancellation but sellers still have to implement it. On your orders page click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item and select Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.

Mentor10 months agoThere's nothing else you can do. If they turn up just tell them it's cancelled. Odds are they won't come.

OP10 months agoI am hoping they don't but I have had emails from DHL this morning saying they are. It's really frustrating. That said, thank you very much for responding and confirming I wasn't missing anything. Have a good day.
