Despatching orders together
A buy ordered 2 items (A and B) that I had offered for sale separately. They were offered seller pays for shipping and I used simple delivery. I packed them together in one box and shipped them using Evri. EBay’s simple delivery system offered me a QR code for each item, but because the two items were in one box I only used one QR code generated label, the one relating to item A. When I look in MyEBay it shows item B as not being despatched, and there is a scary red message saying ‘DESPATCH OVERDUE’
How can I mark it as despatched? My customer has received both items.

Mentor10 months agoThis can be a problem, as without proof of delivery buyer could claim not received. So much easier in the past when postage really was simple (easy).

Mentor10 months agoOpen the unused label and that will mark item as dispatched.

Mentor10 months agoYou are correct it will never show as delivered as the tracking has not been scanned,you should receive payment 14 days after sale
