Despatch deadline
I have failed to post a purchased item due to holidays, buyer has received a partial refund ( postage ) but with funds in my account I have agreed to post now but have no address label available and item shows as pending despatch. If I get address from buyer and post at my cost how do I reset the item still showing me to detach ?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou should refund the buyer and then relist the item again for them to re-purchase, with free postage if you're happy to pay it.
