Despair at website
I ordered an eyebrow pencil, ref 202-0278764-1305179, on 10th June. It still has not been delivered. I tried to contact the seller but no response. I've tried to contact ebay but I keep being pushed round in circles by their very unhelpful website. Any ideas how I can get ebay to respond and return my money.

Mentor1 week agoSorry but it's too late to do anything about it on ebay. They only allow 30 days for claims. Try contacting your payment provider.

OP1 week agoI did think that might be the case but I believe ebay have 'struck' this company off of their supplier list. If this is the case it would suggest ebay knew there was a problem with this supplier but never advised me accordingly!
