Description different on website listing compared to Mobile listing
Morning All.
I have a problem with my listings (or some of them)
Long story short I sell autographs and all items come with certification from one of the biggest companies around.
A year or two ago we changed companies and updated all our item description's to the new brand. However that company has called us today to ask why we are promoting the old company.
Some of our listings still say the old company, some of the items they sent us screen shots of did show the new name via the website on my mac, however if you logged into the mobile app some said the old company.
We use shopify to list on ebay.
