Delivery using another services outside of eBay

Hi, I desperately need advice.
I sold a bike through eBay and when dropping it off at Royal Mail the item was too big for the delivery services through eBay. I then payed for another delivery option outside of eBay through parcel force as they wouldn’t handle this size of box. The item is now delivered however I can’t confirm this through the app so it’s forever saying the item is dispatched. I’ve contacted eBay and they can’t help. I’ve also contacted Royal Mail and they can’t either.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou cannot change the tracking, BUT in the event of seller claiming not received, you would be able to enter your tracking to prove delivery.

You will get paid after 14 days.
