Delivery timescales not including processing time
One of my issues with eBay is the estimated delivery shown on listings. I've recently purchased an item which stated 3-5 day delivery on the listing. After I bought it, Ebay then advised the delivery could take up to 11 days. 5 days after purchase the seller has just marked it as despatched so they're probably going to hit the delivery date but why doesn't the stated delivery times on ebay include the processing time? That would give buyers a more realistic timescale surely?
