Delivery settings
Hi, I have a buyer who is claiming that they can't checkout their purchase as ebay won't post to devon. They've been rather pushy and I'm not convinced it isn't a scam. I've dispatched countless items across the UK and my settings haven't changed.
Does anyone have any advice?

Mentor6 months agoThere is a strange quirk, glitch if you like , with the way you need to write your delivery address in your Site Preferences.
Advise your buyer to check that their address does not contain more than 39 characters, including spaces in any one line, even moving their street name , down a line , shifting the format around helps, then they need to 'save' as a new address.
