I've just bought an item, it said free delivery I've just got a text from DHL that I need to pay for it to be delivered is that normal?

Mentor1 week agoIf it's an international order then that will be an invoice for import taxes that you'll need to pay.
If it's not an international order then it may be a scam text.

Mentor1 week agoNot normal if advertised as free. I suggest ignoring the request for payment and as soon as past the delivery date open a not received case to get full refund.
