I recently ordered an item but realised it was the wrong one. Contacted the seller but the item had already been picked and packed. They advised to refuse delivery and once received back I would get a refund in 2 working days. I reordered the correct item and did what they asked, refusing delivery of the wrong one.It has now been over the time frame with no refund as yet.I cant seem to find the correct site on ebay to open a dispute as I didnt request a return. I do have proof and messages to show they recieved the item back though.
