Delivery Problems

I've just had two delivery problems using Royal Mail. First one is marked delivered in Royal Mail, but ebay does not show delivery. Second, Royal Mail says it is pending because nobody was home, but it was tracked 48 without signature. In both instances, the buyers have not acknowledged the problem. What can I do?

You don't need to do anything.

For the first item, the tracking on Ebay will catch up eventually.

For the second item, RM will attempt delivery again. Even if it doesn't need a signature, it perhaps wouldn't go through the letterbox.
