Delivery option is incorrect, can I change it after the sale?
I listed my item and based delivery on another similar item on sale (my mistake). It's now sold and the buyer has paid delivery, but the label is not enough for the box. I'm happy to pay the extra, but I can't work out how to change it. If I just pay for a service outside of the simple delivery, can I get the money from the postage towards it? Ebay customer service chat isn't working.

Mentor1 week agoYou will have to cancel the label to get refund, if buyer paid for it refund will be automatic, then buy an appropriate label.

Mentor1 week ago · EditedIf the buyer paid the postage ebay will automatically refund them for the unused label in 30 days. You may have to cancel/refund the whole transaction and relist with correct postage.
